We had a lovely stay at a hotel in an excellent location. The breakfast was superb, with a full array of yogurt, cheese, fruit, and delicious pastries. The spa bath in our room was a great way to relax after a long journey. I would recommend this hotel for its great breakfast and convenient location.

stayed in ciboure before, but La Caravelle exceeded expectations - a quirky, stylish, and comfortable boutique hotel. Manager upgraded us to a stunning room with sea view. Plentiful breakfast, helpful English-speaking staff, and convenient location near restaurants with easy parking.

Light bulbs needed replacing.

All was well during our stay.

We stumbled upon this hidden gem in Ciboure after struggling to find parking in St Jean de Luz. The location was perfect, just a short walk to St Jean de Luz and right by the harbor. Our room, number 1, had a balcony with a breathtaking view of the beach. It was spotless and had a simple, beachy decor. Nancy, one of the staff members, was outstanding in her helpfulness and friendliness. The breakfast provided was excellent with a wide variety of options. We would definitely stay at this charming hotel again!

Couldn't fault.

The views from the balcony were lovely, and the location of the hotel was great for exploring the surrounding area. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of information on things to do in the area. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious enough for our needs.

Sadly, the bathroom was outdated and in need of some serious renovation. The shower was very small and difficult to use, and the water pressure was low.

If you want to stay close to the beach, this hotel is perfect. The location is right on the waterfront and away from the busy streets. You can enjoy the view of the wonderful bay from your room. Rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable, with charming decor. Breakfast is always fresh and tasty. You’ll love the handmade key rings given as souvenirs at checkout.

The staff may not be as good as the views. Some guests have mentioned they didn't feel welcomed enough, or felt like their requests weren't handled properly.
